I'm a queer-identified educator, therapist, and yoga instructor in Chicago. I'm from Miami — which has taught me to follow the sunshine — and in Chicago that looks like: spending time with my favorite humans, practicing yoga, going to the lake, dancing, seeing live music, and cooking with my partner.

 

My professional path has brought me to the roles of occupational therapist, professor, mental health curriculum designer, program success manager, and consultant. I'm currently working at The Expansive Group as a psychotherapist and Education Manager.
